PHS technology is core technology to produce
high-strength Lightweight part of the vehicle.
The material(blank) is heated at over 900ºC and
transferred to press dieAfter heating the material(blank)
at over 900ºC, the material is transferred to press
die for forming and quenching process. The material
property(tensile/yield strength) is maximized during this
simultaneous process of forming and quenching.

It is essential technology today for improving fuel
efficiency, offering lightweight solution, and keeping
the environmental regulation with required safety
protection maintained. GNS has developed our own
manufacturing process for Hot Stamping.
