Canning line assembly process takes mat selection
method by calculating size of the catalyst and the
housing(can) to select proper mat size for optimum
GBD value. The catalyst and selected mat are pressed-in
to a housing(can) for final assembly. This press-in type
machine is designed to produce converter parts for
automotive engine applications.

All processes are controlled by the computerized
program for the highly precise work to keep the
GBD value within the requirement.
