On November 1st, GNS Automotive (hereinafter GNS) celebrated its mass production of 9BUX development parts.

9BUX project is developed as a small size SUV(Sports Utility Vehicle) by GM Korea. Regular production for Buick-Encore and Chevrolet-Trail Blazer starts at November 4th, 2019 and January 20th, 2020, and is planned to produce nearly 210,000 per year, and 1,470,000 up to 2026 in total 7 years. Vehicles produced by GM Korea will be available in Korea, United States, Canada, Mexico, and Europe.

9BUX project was developed by company-wide meetings for new model which was led by GNS executives in achieving development goals of cost reduction, securing quality in advance, complying development timing, and establishing mass production system. All issues were identified and improved during development process, and achieved to stabilize product quality in advance and mass production system.
